Probate

We have many years experience
in dealing with obtaining Probate and
the Administration of Estates.

We can either simply obtain a Grant of
probate on your behalf, or we can deal
with the whole of the Administration of the Estate.

If you wish us to simply obtain a Grant of Probate, we will need details of all the assets involved and their values.  If you were to supply us with the asset values, we would charge from £250.00 plus VAT and disbursements (each case will be estimated on its own merits).  If we are to obtain the values from various companies, our fee would usually be between £500.00 - £700.00 plus VAT and disbursements.

If you wish us to deal with the whole of the Administration of the Estate, again, we would estimate on an individual basis.
