Making a Will

Never got round to it, or put it off for
one reason or another?  Seven out of
ten adults still die without making a Will,
often leaving their loved ones to sort out
complicated and stressful financial matters.
Remember a Will is a good investment which
buys peace of mind for you and your family.

Please make an appointment to provide us with instructions to prepare your Will.  If you have difficulties in coming to the office then we will be happy to make a home visit.

A single Will, without the need for Tax Planning, is prepared at a fee from £75.00 plus VAT.

Mirror Wills, without the need for Tax Planning, are prepared at a fee from £110.00 plus VAT.

For Tax Planning wills, which include the incorporation of a Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trust and severance of the tenancy in a property, if required, we charge between £300.00 and £600.00 plus VAT on a time basis.  It should be noted that if your Estate is such that a Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trust is used to its full extent, a saving of £240,000.00 could be made at today’s tax rates.
